Are there any signup fees, termination fees or hidden fees we should know about?
For $1 and $2 Plans There are no additional fees for the $1 and $2 plans. The price you pay is just the fixed monthly fee based on your chosen plan. Support, data import, and training are included.
For the flat $50 plan For the first 200 users, support and data import are free. For more than 200 users, there is a small additional charge, which depends on the total number of users and the tools you have selected.
We have only very few users in our company, Is there any minimum Billing?
Yes, the minimum billing amount will be $30 Per month for the $1 plan and $60 for the $2 plan. All monthly subscriptions below $100 should be paid Semi-annually or annually.
How do we pay for MyWebTimeSheets?
We currently accept payments via Paypal using Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards. Larger customers pay by wire transfer directly to our bank account. All monthly subscriptions below $100 should be paid for Semi-annually or annually.
Do we have to pay for Inactive users?
No, you do not have to pay for users who are flagged as inactive in the system.

Yes, we not only provide free support to trial customers but also add new features and make enhancements based on their feedback.
